TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms are the agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("we", "us") for the GetFitTruckers mobile app and this website. Using GetFitTruckers means you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

Train safely — read this one

GetFitTruckers gives you exercise instructions. It is not medical advice, and we are not your doctor, physiotherapist or medical examiner.

• Talk to a doctor before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, a hernia, or an injury you are working around.
• Never use GetFitTruckers while the truck is moving. Every workout assumes you are parked with the engine off. Nothing in the app should ever be reached from the driver's seat in motion — this is why we ship no CarPlay or Android Auto integration.
• Check your surroundings before you train. A truck-stop lot has moving vehicles in it. You are responsible for choosing a safe spot, and for judging whether the surface, weather and light make a move sensible.
• Do not use vehicle parts as equipment if they are wet, icy, damaged, or not designed to hold your weight.
• Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, chest tightness or shortness of breath.
• You use the app at your own risk. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury arising from exercises you choose to perform.

Your account

You need an account to use GetFitTruckers — there is no guest mode. You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract. Sign-in is by Apple, Google, or a six-digit code we email you; there are no passwords. Keep your email secure, because anyone with access to it can receive a sign-in code. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got into your account.

One account is for one person. Do not share it.

Free and Pro

The free tier includes the stop builder, 12 bodyweight moves, your stop count and your DOT numbers. Pro unlocks the full 31-move library, the 8-week Road Ready program, recorded coach audio, per-lift weight tracking, the truck-stop food guides and the offline download packs.

Subscriptions, auto-renewal and cancellation

• Pro is offered at $12 per month or $89 per year, following a 7-day free trial. Prices shown in the app are the ones that apply, and may vary by country and currency.
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. We never receive or store your card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price for the plan you selected, unless you cancel first.
• Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, or you will be charged for the next one.
• Cancel where you bought it — only the store can stop the billing it started:
  • iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → GetFitTruckers → Cancel.
  • Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → GetFitTruckers → Cancel.
• Cancelling during the free trial costs you nothing. Cancelling a paid period keeps Pro running until that period ends — there is no partial refund for the unused part of a period.
• If you have used a free trial before, you may not be offered another.
• Refunds are governed by Apple's and Google's policies. We cannot issue a refund for a purchase made through their stores; you must request it from them.
• We may change pricing. Existing subscribers get notice before a change affects them and can cancel before it takes effect.
• If a payment fails or a subscription lapses, Pro features lock but your account, history and numbers are kept.

What you may and may not do

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use GetFitTruckers on devices you own. You may not:

• Share, resell, rent or sublicense your account or Pro access.
• Copy, scrape or redistribute the move library, coach audio, program content or food guides.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to bypass the paywall or any entitlement check.
• Use the app in any way that puts you or anyone else on a lot at risk.

No uploads

GetFitTruckers has no upload feature. Every exercise video, illustration and audio track in the app is produced and published by us. You cannot upload a file, and no other user can send you one — there is no user-generated content in the app.

Our content

The move library, illustrations, coach scripts and audio, the Road Ready program, the food guides, the brand and the software are ours or our licensors'. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

Availability

Downloaded content is built to work with no signal. Account sync and new content need a connection and may be interrupted. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, and we may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid feature materially, we will tell you and you can cancel.

Ending it

You can delete your account any time in Settings → Account → Delete my account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we are required to by law. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription — cancel that through Apple or Google, or it keeps billing.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetFitTruckers is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will meet your requirements or that any fitness or health outcome will follow from using it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Apple and Google

These terms are between you and us, not with Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its content, have no obligation to provide support for it, and are third-party beneficiaries of these terms with the right to enforce them against you.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of [JURISDICTION], and you and we consent to that jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory law in your country of residence.

Changes

We will tell you in the app before material changes take effect. Continuing to use GetFitTruckers after that means you accept the updated terms.
